Sunhwa Rubbing Album

This is a model calligraphy album (beopcheop) that was distributed to princes and high officials in 992, the third year of the Chunhua era under Emperor Taizong of Song China. It consists of ten volumes in all, of which the first gathers the writings of master calligraphers of successive ages. There is some yellowing and wear, but its overall state of preservation is good.
